The E-PANEL system is a serious time
saver due to its easy to install wiring, simple inverter
mounting procedure and complete all-in-one components. The
E-PANEL is designed for one OutBack FX series
inverter/charger, up to two charge controllers. Other Outback
Products can also be used to provide familiar functionality to
your back-up power, grid-tie or off-grid system.
The E-Panel LITE is designed for pretty
much any other brand and size inverter on the market. The key
difference is the front cover is blank instead of punched for
specific cables related to the Outback Inverter.
The
E-Panel Lite can easily be modified
for use with a
Xantrex DR Inverter.

Solar created a 3-D Drawing and the modifications was a snap
using a 1.5" Stepped Electrician's Drill Bit and some
specialized plastic parts. I wired the additional breakers and
added the 2/0 X-Flex cable for the DR1524. All the customer
has to do is mount the e-Panel to the wall using the provided
mounting brackets. Bolt the DR to the front cover and hang it
in place. Or you can elect to still
mount the DR on the wall.
